New Epstein Documents Link Former President Waheed to Private Island Scandal

Authorities in the United Kingdom have reportedly arrested former Prince Andrew, also known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. The arrest follows serious allegations regarding the abuse of power while holding a position of responsibility.

This development comes as the U.S. Department of Justice continues to release the “Epstein Files,” which contain extensive information, photographs, and videos detailing crimes committed on the private island owned by the late Jeffrey Epstein. The newly released documents have reportedly provided further evidence of the close relationship between Andrew and Epstein, including additional photographs.

Prince Andrew had previously been stripped of his royal titles and military affiliations after his ties to Epstein—a convicted sex offender—became public. The latest files are said to identify various individuals associated with Epstein and those who allegedly participated in his criminal activities.

The article also highlights a local connection, noting that while links between former Maldivian President Mohamed Waheed Hassan Manik and Jeffrey Epstein have surfaced in these records, no formal investigation has been launched against him in the Maldives.

The report contrasts the legal actions taken against the former British royal with the lack of judicial scrutiny facing Waheed, who currently remains free without investigation.
